Noelker and Hull Associates welcomes four new employees to our Chambersburg, Pennsylvania headquarters as the firm continues to grow to meet clients’ ongoing needs.
Amy Bomberger, marketing director, brings 18 years of experience marketing architectural and engineering services to the firm. Amy is responsible for guiding the firm’s overall marketing, communication, and branding strategies. She will create and implement business development and marketing plans, manage business development and marketing activities, and build and maintain client relationships. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Business with a concentration in Marketing from Messiah College in Grantham, Pennsylvania.
Ken Goad joins the firm as construction administrator, responsible for job site observations, project meetings, and coordination with the design team, engineers, contractors, and owners to ensure project completion on schedule and within budget. Ken has 40 years of architectural and construction experience in the education, health care, and commercial markets. He holds an Associate Degree in Construction Technologies from Hudson Valley Community College in Troy, New York.
Kate Cashdollar, senior interior designer, brings 15 years of expertise to Noelker and Hull. Drawing from her education and experience, Kate works with health care, higher education, and K-12 clients to create environments that promote healing, engage students, and inspire staff and employees. Kate will play a key role in the architectural process with integral involvement through all stages of design, from schematics through construction administration. She holds an Associate Degree in Specialized Technology from the Bradley Academy for Visual Arts in York, Pennsylvania. (not pictured)
Jim Martin, CDT, senior project manager, is responsible for planning, interpreting, and managing projects through design development, construction documents, and construction administration. Jim will coordinate with project team members, outside consultants, engineers, code officials, and contractors to adhere to each client’s schedule and needs and develop and maintain client relationships. Jim has 28 years of architecture industry experience servicing educational, senior living, and religious clients. He received his Construction Document Technologist certification through the Construction Specification Institute.
