Higher Education

Planned for a maximum of 73 beds in each of six buildings, these new lodge-style structures fit comfortably in the rolling, wooded terrain at the north end of the campus. Gathering spaces on the first floor for dining, studying and socializing are conveniently accessed from the main entry. The small footprint of the buildings was instrumental in creating this relaxed “fit” by minimizing site disruption and allowing the creation of a quiet, compact residential cluster with ample adjacent areas.
