Noelker and Hull worked with Vincentian Collaborative System to renovate various spaces on multiple campuses. At Marion Manor, the existing basement space was renovated into a new physical and occupational therapy suite. This allowed for larger physical therapy gyms as well as private treatment rooms, speech therapy, ADL toilet, kitchen and additional staff work and break areas.
The firm also renovated an existing dining room and central bathing areas on the first and second floors of a skilled nursing facility. The renovated areas provided new living/lounge options for residents and improved the residential feel of the spaces. The dining area features an open country kitchen and nourishment station. The central bathing area incorporates amenities such as a private toilet, dressing and tub area as well as European showers.
