Noelker and Hull has used insulated concrete forms (ICF) in several of our projects to provide a highly insulated building envelope that is resistant to termites and the severe weather that is prevalent in coastal regions of the country. ICFs offer a higher insulating factor than typical wood frame construction by eliminating the thermal bridging that is present in stud construction. The insulation layer is continuous in ICFs for maximum performance.
