Jason Plank, project manager for Noelker and Hull Associates, Inc. (Noelker and Hull), joined Providence Place Senior Living in celebrating the grand opening of The Collegeville Inn, a new independent living, assisted living, and memory support facility.
Situated on 20 acres along the scenic Perkiomen Creek, Noelker and Hull provided architectural design and limited interior design services for a new two-story, 96,170-square-foot, 113-bed that accommodates independent living, assisted living, and two levels of memory support for Alzheimer’s and Dementia.
The project also included renovations to the former 39,389-square-foot “Collegeville Inn” to serve as the residents’ main dining room with outdoor seating. The facility includes a pub with a cathedral ceiling, a movie theater, and a full-service beauty salon.
The campus offers a therapy suite with fitness equipment and a private dining room for family gatherings. The residents have their choice of apartment style ranging from studio apartments to larger one- and two-bedroom models.
