Born and raised in the Midwest, Stuart received his Bachelor of Architecture degree from Iowa State. After further study at the Yale School of Art and Architecture, he worked for 12 years in Chicago with his own firm and later in the Washington, DC, metropolitan area on a variety of institutional high-rise, religious, and educational projects.
His experience in master planning and design has enhanced Noelker and Hull’s portfolio of distinguished higher education, healthcare, religious, and K-12 projects. As president of Noelker and Hull, Stuart is tasked with developing and implementing business strategies for our firm’s core markets; driving innovations and creativity to deliver solutions that create long-term value; and creating differentiating value to our clients.
Stuart has extensive working knowledge of facilities evaluation, master planning, site planning, conceptualization, project design, contract documentation, and construction administration. His professional work has always emphasized the significance of the client-architect relationship and the importance of creating and nurturing a project team with a common goal of completing a successful building.
