Noelker and Hull provided architectural and interior design services for the 17,618-square-foot memory care unit that included the renovation of the existing 12 private rooms and addition of 18 new private memory care bedrooms with European showers. This expanded the existing room count from 12 to 30 private rooms.
The expansion includes an enclosed sky lit atrium conservatory for a year-round wander garden that emulates a European courtyard building, interior planters with resident-safe plantings, two households of residents with shared dining and private dining areas, and a salon.
The memory support center cares for seniors with memory impairments who are no longer capable of living independently.
