On June 16, 2022, Noelker and Hull Associates, Inc. joined Fahrney Keedy representatives, elected officials, board members and other partners for a groundbreaking event celebrating the start of a campus expansion project in Boonsboro, MD. Part of Fahrney Keedy’s master plan, the project includes 36 new independent living cottages, road extension and storm water management.
As Project Architect, Noelker and Hull designed six different independent living floor plans consisting of 8 single family homes as well as duplex and quadruplex units. As the project progresses, Noelker and Hull will provide senior living interior design services for the cottages.
“We are happy to once again partner with Fahrney Keedy to enhance the campus and the lives of residents, now and into the future,” said Michael Allen-Hall, Vice President of Noelker and Hull.
Noelker and Hull has worked with Fahrney Keedy on the Jone L. Bowman Center for Adult Day Services and the Omer Long Community Center, as well as their Memory Support Center.
