Noelker and Hull is honored to be the architectural design firm for a new, state-of-the-art Maryland State Police Tactical Services Administration Building in Jessup, Maryland. The 22,000 SF, two-story facility will house specialized units for the Maryland State Police and the Office of the State Fire Marshal, which includes K-9 Units, the State Fire Marshal Bomb Squad and the Underwater Recovery Team. It will also serve as a statewide emergency operations center for first responders. The facility is designed to attain LEED Silver certification.
Noelker and Hull Principal Architect, Robert Asbury, participated in the groundbreaking ceremony yesterday, celebrating the beginning of construction alongside Maryland Department of General Services Secretary Atif Chaudhry, Maryland State Governor Wes Moore, Maryland State Police Superintendent Colonel Roland L. Butler, Jr. and TMI Contractors Senior Project Manager Wendy Honaker.
“This facility is a giant step forward for Maryland,” said Colonel Roland L. Butler, Jr.

The anticipated completion for the Maryland State Police Tactical Services Administration Building is August 2025.
