The Cumberland Valley Business Alliance hosted this year’s Economic Development Breakfast at Green Grove Gardens on July 20, 2023 honoring several local businesses for their outstanding property improvements. Noelker and Hull is pleased to have provided architectural and interior design for two of the award winning projects. The properties recognized for outstanding real estate improvements with architectural and interior design by Noelker and Hull are:
Corpus Christi Roman Catholic Church [award category – $1M to $5M] for its Narthex expansion. The beautiful 3,600-square-foot addition connects to the existing historic church structure enabling more worship space and parking for patrons. Along with Noelker and Hull, the project was completed in collaboration with Brechbill & Helman Construction, Dennis E. Black Engineering, Inc. and Paragon Engineering Services.
F&M Trust [award category – over $10M] was honored for the completion of its new corporate headquarters at 1500 Nitterhouse Drive in Chambersburg. The 67,000 square-foot facility features outstanding improvements as the space was modified from industrial to commercial use. The adaptive reuse project was completed in collaboration with Brechbill & Helman Construction, Franklin Advisory, and Martin and Martin, Inc.
