Noelker and Hull Associates, Inc. joined Springpoint Senior Living administrators, staff, and residents for the ribbon-cutting ceremony at the newly constructed Village Point Rehabilitation and Healthcare, a continuing care retirement community in Monroe Township, New Jersey.
The two-story, 87,000-square-foot healthcare center offers independent living, personal care, assisted living, skilled nursing, and rehabilitation services. The new 120-bed skilled nursing building, with semi-private and private rooms, incorporates four separate nursing “neighborhoods” comprised of 30 beds. Each neighborhood has specific design elements to reflect the population of that neighborhood and includes its own country kitchen, dining room, and activity room. Additional program spaces include a physical therapy gym, multi-purpose room, administrative office suite, beauty/barber shop, and laundry room.
“To meet the growing demand for more rehabilitation and healthcare services, this new center offers the local community and surrounding areas a wide range of comprehensive treatment and wellness programs for seniors needing short-term and long-term care, all in one convenient location,” said Anthony A. Argondizza, President and CEO of Springpoint Senior Living. “We are proud to provide a more complete spectrum of high-quality specialty care in a comfortable, compassionate environment close to home.”
