As construction administration assistant, Brenda provides support to Noelker and Hull’s architects and project managers throughout the course of construction administration for senior living, healthcare, higher education, religious, civic, and government projects. She interacts between design teams, engineers, contractors, and owners. She maintains projects at the onset of start-up and/or ground breaking and sees that projects are completed within the realm of project specifications.
