Kate J. Cashdollar
Director of Interiors
Kate is a passionate architectural professional whose journey began with a singular goal: to make a difference in the lives of others. Captivated by architecture and interior design from an early age, thanks to her father’s influence, she chose to pursue design as a means to positively impact the built environment. As a senior associate, Kate plays a vital role in the architectural process, engaging in all design stages through to construction administration.
Specializing in healthcare design, she creates environments that promote healing, enhance visitation, and streamline staff workflows, ensuring the best possible patient care. Kate’s expertise also extends to educational environments, where she designs stimulating spaces for students of all ages. Her extensive portfolio spans various sectors, including higher education, K-12, corporate, religious, hospitality, and senior living, with a particular focus on biophilic design. With a commitment to sustainable practices, she has successfully completed multiple LEED Gold certified projects, always aiming to enrich the human experience through thoughtful design.
Beyond her professional work, Kate serves as Vice Chair of the Summit Health Foundation board and is on the school board for Corpus Christi Catholic School, contributing to her community in meaningful ways.
