Noelker and Hull provided architectural and interior design services for a phased cottage build-out at Diakon’s Buffalo Valley Campus. The total build-out includes 9 Manchester models that are 1,269-square-foot units with 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, sunroom and a 325-square-foot, 1-car garage; 17 Windsor II models that are 1,144-square-foot units with 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, sunroom and a 342-square-foot, 1-car garage; 1 Winchester model that is a 1, 901-square-foot unit with 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, sunroom and a 637-square-foot, 2-car garage. Our interiors studio created two finish palettes for resident selection as well as options for amenity upgrades.
