Premier HVAC is a growing local business. To meet this growth, Premier needed additional administrative office space, training facilities, and warehouse space. This adaptive reuse project converted a former 12,600 SF warehouse formerly housing an antique mall, into offices and a storage shop for Premier HVAC. Renovations included construction of new 1st floor offices and a new infill structure for 2nd floor offices and training room. Additionally, the 1st floor was renovated as shop and storage space. Exterior improvements to increase curb appeal were new clerestory and infill windows, metal siding, canopies, overhead doors and signage. The renovations to this historic brick structure met the needs of the growing company with a unique and distinctive space.
