Franklin County commissioned Noelker and Hull to provide architectural design services for the conversion of an historic firehouse into additional space for divorce and juvenile hearings. The facility’s exterior will be restored and historic features retained. The building will receive new bathrooms, hearing rooms and offices, elevator and stair tower to bring the structure into code compliance.
