The Culinary Institute of America engaged Noelker and Hull to design a new 110,000-square-foot, 138-room hotel and conference facility featuring a spa and restaurant on the scenic campus overlooking the Hudson River in Hyde Park, New York. The new hotel’s dining options will include a 24-hour, full-service kitchen with formal breakfast opportunities and a full-service restaurant attached to the conference center.
