Hudson Hall is a new privatized, 100,000 square-foot student residence hall at Mercy College’s Dobbs Ferry campus in Dobbs Ferry, New York. While providing student housing, this four-story, 350-bed apartment–style residence hall adds significantly to the student experience, including a student commons with a Starbuck’s café and convenience store, fitness center, large community and lounge spaces, and student gathering and study areas.
