Noelker and Hull provided planning, programming, and architectural design services for a new 966-square-foot Hybrid Catherization Laboratory/Operating Room in an existing catheterization laboratory located in Reading, Pennsylvania for Penn State Health St. Joseph Medical Center. The space can serve as a cath lab or an operating room and also accommodates X-rays. Renovations included a new clean utility, equipment, and control room for the operating room. The suite areas and Life Safety Plan were modified to address existing deficiencies.
