Noelker and Hull Associates provided interior design services for renovations of an existing 47,000 SF Toys R’ Us building for the Lancaster Pediatric Clinic. We worked in collaboration with Penn State Health, High Construction, and design architect, IKM. Noelker and Hull was responsible for the Wayfinding and Signage package, for applying Penn State Health’s standards, as well as for the development of the custom wayfinding and signage in areas of use by patients. The project included review of documentation, value engineering of interior architecture, materials, and finishes, as well as for the design, budgeting, evaluation and procurement of the FF&E and artwork and photography throughout the pediatric center.
