The Palms at Fleet Landing fills a campus need for high-end residential living and community amenities. The 24,761 SF community center is anchored by a large indoor pool, spa and a 250-seat auditorium with stage. A grand interior arcade connects the two areas and serves as an observation area for a world-class outdoor regulation croquet court. Other amenities include café dining, great room, technology center, fitness and aerobics room, and art studio.
