The Passavant campus in Zelienople, Pennsylvania, decided to build a replacement nursing and assisted living facility for their campus and upgrade their choices by adding new independent living apartments with parking beneath and a campus-wide community center.

The new, three-story facility contains 102 nursing and 34 assisted living beds in all private rooms. The neighborhoods contain 17 to 18 residents. All households include a living area and country kitchen with short-order cooking capabilities.

The community center offers a diverse range of amenities including a bistro, demonstration cooking area, full fitness center, pool, and a training room. Two important features that highlight the campus history are a “main street” promenade and a Lutheran church.
