Through an evolving campus master plan, Noelker and Hull worked with The Culinary Institute of America in Hyde Park, New York, to build out of several academic, hospitality, and residence hall spaces, including Roth Hall, the Institute’s 100-year old landmark. Roth Hall and its main entrance form the symbolic and physical front door to the school. The proposed design includes a new culinary wing with 15 teaching kitchens, 18 classrooms, four lecture halls, and a student food court and dining venue. The building’s lower level will include facilities for delivery, fabrication, food storage, and cellaring.
