The St. Michaels Educational Complex, located in St. Michaels, Maryland, combined neighboring elementary and high schools into a single 700-student capacity facility as part of a comprehensive renovation.

The project created 178,000 square feet of space, divided into elementary, middle, and high school units and provided space for Head Start, day care, and community outreach. The project features a new 500-seat community auditorium and an energy-efficient geothermal heat pump system. Fabric canopies at the entrances are reminders of the nautical heritage of St. Michaels.
