Noelker and Hull provided architectural and interior design services for the conversion of 16 independent living apartments and 1 guest suite into 17 assisted living units for The Village at Orchard Ridge in Winchester, Virginia. An existing billiards room and club room were relocated. The remaining area was renovated for resident dining and living space. Additional work included utility space, remote care bases, and a new visitor restroom.
