Springpoint Senior Living was looking to renovate their existing 60-bed nursing facility on its Monroe Village campus. Due to code issues and market demands, it was decided to build a new stand alone 120-bed facility on the campus. The 2-story, 87,594 SF building contains 4 households of 30 private resident rooms each for long-term care, memory support and short-term rehabilitation.
